Well,back in the days I was a big fan of the original Star Wars Trilogy.Emotions,fast paced action,drama,it had it all.Basically it was one of my greater child hood memories.
Then George Lucas announced the new trilogy and I thought to myself how amazing it would be to see how everything started,it's going to be just like the old series.....boy,I was sure naive
Well,the whole picture is that I'm trying to present the fact how Star Wars is being raped for merchandise and I find it a bit sad since it was one of the greater Sci-Fi's out there....oh well.
Anyway,I felt like painting or drawing a Star Wars pic just to somewhat reflect the series.At first I just wanted to draw a Jedi in a normal pose,but then I thougt to myself wouldn't it be great to also create a background for her,and so it was done.Well,it's not the best due to the fact I lost my interest on this piece a while ago(well,I'm honest)but it's okay for the time being.
By the way,I'm suprised that Deviantart doesn't have any Star Wars pics with epic battles in space or any topic...just a bunch of tributes to the old trilogy and some jedis.Weird.
